Kidookid We test it .. you try it report for Antibes Land, just opposite Marineland in Antibes at the Biot SNCF Railway station.
In all, we've been here 4 times... The first was before kids, with friends... 5 adults, age 15 to 31 years old. We spent the whole day there, trying every ride. Real adrenalin rides, the big wheel, ghost train, haunted castle... etc. We really enjoyed it!... I did my one and only bungee jump here from a breathtaking 60m... A unique experience which remains with me even now ..always wanted to do it now I've done it!
Make sure your pockets are empty though as you will be turning in every direction!
After that the outings became family outings.. with our smallest just over a year, the second one was three and half ..with #2 watching on in amusement our eldest was able to really get her feet wet enjoying all there was on offer ..and we had fun watching her have fun! Little and bog roundabouts and rides that you can go on with the, ..they loved it. Take your pushchair, it came in useful (if nothing else to carry all your essentials: water, snack, hats, jackets, cream, nappies... etc), but keep your hand bag close at all times!
During the Easter Holls (2006), we went there again this time with my Kidookid! hat on . The children now two and almost five years old were thrilled to find the Zoo & Circus menagerie had also set up behind the car park... What an opportunity to say hello to the superb horses, the ponies, the biquettes, the camels and the enormous tigers...
Having crossed into this magical world the exciting atmosphere soon takes over even it's crowded... queues aren't too long, there are enough amumsments and stands to keep all the comings and goings occupied...
Immediately, our older daughter remembered everything and excitedly jumping around told us what she would like to do! The grown up carousel with Dad... (we made sure we stayed closely by the kids as a precaution and also to get involved and enjoy it too!) . Russian mountains, caterpillar train, electric ponies, bumper cars (here, don't leave your children alone, and hold them tightly, the jolts can be strong and you don't want them to b e ejected from their seats), trampoline, horse rides, shooting, nine pins, water animations , fishing for toy ducks etc...
To freshen up, toilets are behind the snack bar, on the left of the entrance. there's no changing table, it's basic, but you can wash your hands (think of taking paper napkins in the snack bar.) then onto the snack-bar for a well deserved break, which the children will enjoy, candyfloss or churros ... You can have a coffee on the snack bar terrace and give the kids a snack your brought with you ... .
Rest over, Kidookid! recommends you opt now for the slightly calmer amusments.. we went on the giant slide, we which we all enjoyed... beside, there's an inflated structure... I don't know if it was because it was the end of the day, but instead of the fifteen minutes allowed the kids and I bounced away happily until closing time...
